Hoeflation1 is a derogatory term that refers to the rising costs for men to maintain relationships with women, while the perceived quality of women is thought to be decreasing. It combines the words “hoe” (a slang term for a promiscuous woman) and “inflation.”

Globally women cost the same amount of time and money regardless of where you travel. The only factor that changes is the cost of the money due to exchange rates and local economic factors. Once you travel to Tier 2 cities the price negotiations start at $87 and go down to $35. Tier 3 cities can see further negotiations on price and or length of services. It is not uncommon for women in Tier 3 Countries to suggest no money in exchange for longer term stays.
Dating Women
Now let’s look at places like Bogotá, Bangkok, or Manila. Here, the cost of living is dramatically lower. A great dinner for two might cost $10 to $15 dollars. You can rent a nice apartment for $400 or $500 dollars a month. In these places, your dollar goes from average to impressive real fast.
You’re no longer just some dude with a job or retirement money. You’re a man with options, influence, and the means to treat a woman well without emptying your bank account. Being generous, thoughtful, and dependable becomes affordable and sustainable.
It is not unreasonable to have multiple girlfriends entertaining you simultaneously in Tier 3 or Tier 4 countries. The cost of maintaining this increased number of girlfriends is equivalent or less than having a single unappreciative girlfriend in a Tier 1 country.
